all orders, but can not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and size exchanges on new, unused, and undamaged items returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items must show no signs of wear, staining, or alteration and must be neatly folded.
Discounted and Promotional Orders
Items purchased using any discount or promotional code are eligible for size exchanges only, subject to availability. These items cannot be returned for store credit or refunded.
Store Credit Only
All returns are issued as store credit to be used on sonmershop.com. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are available on eligible items, subject to availability. If the requested size is out of stock, you will receive store credit for the value of the item.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
All requests must be submitted by email to shop@sonmershop.com within 7 days of delivery, based on tracking information. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted. Prior authorization is required; please do not send any item back without approval.
Shipping Your Return
Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 48 hours. Sonmer will cover the cost of return shipping.
Limits
Returns are limited to 3 items per order. Orders placed within a similar timeframe may be considered the same order at our discretion.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of $10 will be deducted from the store credit for returns on orders over $500, and $20 for returns on orders over $1,000. Size exchanges are not subject to restocking fees.
Sonmer reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
