Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped with Fedex Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm excluding holidays. Orders are processed within 2 business days. We have 2 days free shipping for all United States orders.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Florida. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email shop@sonmershop.com.

Please note during promotional periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order.

LOST PARCELS

Sonmer offers tracking for all orders, but can not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Refund Policy

Sonmer offers returns and exchange within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase day, unfortunately we are not able to return it.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a refund. For any undamaged, unused and unstained product, return it with its original tags and packaging within 30 days of the date you purchased the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. We will no issue a refund for items which we believe that have been worn, used or damaged. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

To complete your return, write to shop@sonmershop.com. Please include your name, and order number. Once your return was accepted, you will receive an email from our customers service team with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable

PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has been placed on the site we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.

Lost or missing returns

SONMER is not responsible for lost or missing returns. We recommend returning all items to the SONMER warehouse with a traceable tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit to our warehouse. We will not refund your purchase if our warehouse does not receive the return.

Warranties & responsibility for services and products

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us
