Shipping and Refund Policy
All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm excluding holidays. Orders are processed within 2 business days.
We have 4 days free shipping for all United States orders.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Florida. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email shop@sonmershop.com.
Please note during promotional periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order.
LOST PARCELS
Sonmer offers tracking for all orders, but can not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Refund Policy
At Sonmer, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
We accept returns and exchanges on new, unused, and undamaged items returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items must show no signs of wear, staining, or alteration.
How to Request a Return: All returns must be requested by email at shop@sonmershop.com within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking information). Return requests submitted after this window will not be accepted. Return authorization is required, please do not send any item back without prior approval.
Shipping Your Return: Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 48 hours. Sonmer will cover the cost of return shipping.
Returns are limited to 3 items per order. Orders placed within a similar timeframe may be considered the same order at our discretion.
Fees
- A restocking fee of $10 will be applied to all returns on orders over $500
- A restocking fee of $20 will be applied to all returns on orders over $1000
Items must be neatly folded and returned in their original packaging
Sonmer reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions
Final Sale Policy (last chance)
We are unable to accept returns on final sale items.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has been placed on the site we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.
Lost or missing returns
SONMER is not responsible for lost or missing returns. We recommend returning all items to the SONMER warehouse with a traceable tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit to our warehouse. We will not refund your purchase if our warehouse does not receive the return.
Warranties & responsibility for services and products
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us
